Country-Style Peach Tart
1 pie crust
4 cups sliced peaches
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Unfold piecrust onto 12-inch pizza pan. Roll dough to form a 12-inch circle. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the flour mixture over crust. Arrange peaches on crust, leaving 1 1/2-inch border around the edge. Using pastry blender, cut butter into remaining flour mixture until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle topping over peaches. Fold edge of dough over peaches, crimping as needed. Bake at 400 degrees until crust is golden, about 20 minutes. Best served warm. Makes 6-8 servings.
